Use your excellent customer care skills and enjoy being an essential part of our highly trained and very friendly Customer Services team.  Enjoy speaking directly to customers every day, taking great care and attention to provide the best possible service, to process orders efficiently and solve problems promptly. Excellent communication skills, a friendly, enthusiastic personality and a professional telephone manner are all essential requirements.  Experience of providing world class service would be a great advantage, however an attentive, friendly manner and a professional, well organised approach are equally as important. In addition, you will be able to assist in our boutique shop during busier periods, helping our customers face-to-face in a retail environment.

The Role:

  • Customer liaison
  • Telephone Sales
  • Processing orders
  • Computer operation

Hours: The hours will be a set rota, working 3 full days per week  and every other Saturday. Our Customer Services team are open from 8.00am-8.00pm, Monday-Friday and 9.00am-5.00pm on Saturdays. Flexibility with regards to your hours of work would be helpful.
