Excellent communication skills, a friendly, enthusiastic personality and a professional telephone manner are all essential requirements.  Experience of providing world class service would be a great advantage, however an attentive, friendly manner and a professional, well organised approach are equally as important. In addition, you will be able to assist in our boutique shop during busier periods, helping our customers face-to-face in a retail environment.

The job is varied and interesting and, as an expanding family business, employing over 200 people, we can provide in depth training, a friendly, supportive working environment and competitive future earnings potential.

The Role:

  • Customer liaison
  • Telephone Sales
  • Processing orders
  • Computer operation

Hours: The hours will be a set rota, working 5 full days per week, including Saturdays. Our Customer Services team are open from 8.00am-8.00pm, Monday-Friday and 9.00am-5.00pm on Saturdays. Flexibility with regards to your hours of work would be helpful.
