Be the friendly face of our growing IT department and take pride in providing personable customer support. We are searching for an organised and friendly customer service administrator to act as the first point of contact for IT enquiries and ensure all queries are logged and managed effectively.
Friendly, approachable, and with strong communication skills, you will be responsible for managing queries and supporting our skilled IT team. Key responsibilities will include; acting as the first point of call when problems arise, assigning tasks to the IT team, providing feedback and updates on IT queries, ensuring all issues are logged and updated.
This is an exciting role for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and an ability to manage a busy and changeable workload.
Hours: 20 per week, 10.00am – 2.00pm, Monday-Friday.
