IT Support/Service Desk Analyst

Join our expanding IT department and learn how to perform IT problem resolutions. We seek a service desk analyst to provide effective and timely communication on IT related issues and train to become involved in basic IT support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in IT, who is keen to gain experience in a supportive and friendly working environment.

Act as the first line of support for our service desk, providing effective communication for any enquires and ensuring all queries are logged and managed effectively. Maintain and update our helpdesk, and report on IT support performance. As experience grows, you will become increasingly involved in basic problem resolution and IT support.

Knowledge or previous experience of hardware and networks would be beneficial but not essential. Most important is an ability to multi-task, a personable and friendly approach to customer support, and a strong analytical approach to your work.
