David Nieper Ltd. is a sustainable fashion manufacturer based in Alfreton, Derbyshire. As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to energy efficiency and lowering their carbon footprint, the business seeks tenders for a supply of replacement LED fittings at its site on the Nottingham Road in Alfreton.
The project includes the replacement of all fluorescent lighting to LED lighting within the building’s office spaces and production areas. This will require the supply, delivery and installation of approximately 375 LED light fittings.
So not to impact production, the replacement of the LED light fittings his will involve out of hours and weekend work.
The selection criteria for successful tenders will consider the following:
- Price/value for money
- Specification
- Quality of fittings – including light quality and output to working environment
- Timescale and ability to work within the time constraints i.e. outside the company hours of business (Weekdays 7am-5pm)
- Guarantee and warrantees offered (on work and equipment)
Tenders must include details about the wattage of the new fittings.
